Refund/Return Policy
 
 
If you are ordering large quantities of bows, we advise you to order one in advance so that you are certain about your color selections and sizes as all sales are final on our custom hair bows.  Please keep in mind that EVERY order on the site is a CUSTOM order.  The only items on the site that we maintain a stock of are in the ready to ship section. These can be returned within 10 business days for a refund.  There will be a 20% restocking fee on those items.  For all other items, each time someone places an order on the site, ribbon is cut or ordered to accomodate your custom request.  Therefore, we are unable to accept returns on the bows as they cannot be resold. 
 
PLEASE READ YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATIONS.  It indicates the current processing time for your order.  The shipping method that you choose does not change the length of time it takes to process your order.  It only changes the shipping time after your order has been sent.   We can not gaurantee an exact delivery date  or early shipment for any orders unless order expediting is purchased with a set date of delivery.  Those items are normally shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight or USPS Express Mail to ensure an exact delivery date.   Please choose the shipping option that best suits your needs and delivery time-frame.  
 
Order Errors
 
While mistakes do happen, if your order is incorrectly made due to our error, we will provide a return shipping label for you to return the product back to us for correction. In order to receive the proper refund or replacement of the items, the order MUST be returned.  No exceptions. We will not accept merchandise back after it has been worn and will not be responsible for the upkeep of your product after it has been received.  This includes pony-o breakage or damages caused by normal wear and tear. We will not be responsible for any pony-o's broken while putting in the hair.  Please make sure that you are putting the hair in a pony-tail prior to placing the bow on hair to prevent pony-o breakage.    
 
Wrong Size/Color 
 
We absolutely will not accept custom products back that were ordered in the wrong size or color.  We make these items according to the colors and sizes that you request when placing your order.  Therefore, we will not be responsible for your failure to order the correct item.  Because all sales are final, it is important that you be specific about the colors and sizes that you order.  We strongly suggest ordering a sample of cheer bows prior to placing a large order to ensure you are ordering the correct size and colors you need.  We provide a color chart for you on the site.  Please only indicate colors that are listed on the chart.   We will not accept requests to adjust the size of a bow after your order has been placed as different sizes have different prices.  
 
Product Re-Orders

We cannot gaurantee that your order will be exactly as a previous order you placed  as our bow makers and suppliers change, so there may be slight variations in colors or material texture.  This especially applies to personalized items.  We cannot gaurantee that your font will be the same as a prior order you placed with us as we do not keep a file of your logo or fonts used at the time of your order.  Unless you specify a particular font, we will utilize a professional font that is more suitable for the number of letters you choose.  In order to get an item as closest to the prior order as possible, it is important that you send us a picture of the bow from your prior order.  
 
If you have any questions regarding the size or color of products, please contact us prior to placing your order.  Any order that does not contain all color choices or available colors will be cancelled and refunded.
 
Each order is shipped with delivery confirmation, therefore, we will not be responsible for packages once they are delivered to your address.  If you live in an apartment, we strongly urge you to ship your package to an address that is secure or request shipping insurance.
