Refund/Return Policy
Please keep in mind that EVERY order on the site is a CUSTOM order. Which means that we do not maintain a stock of bows for sale. Each time someone places an order on the site, ribbon is cut or ordered to accomodate your custom request. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns on the bows as they cannot be resold and we would incur a loss in both ribbon supply and labor cost for the time it takes to redo your order.
PLEASE READ YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATIONS. It indicates the current processing time for your order. The shipping method that you choose does not change the length of time it takes to process your order. It only changes the shipping time after your order has been sent. We can not gaurantee an exact delivery date or early shipment for any orders unless order expediting is purchased with a set date of delivery. Those items are normally shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight or USPS Express Mail to ensure an exact delivery date. Please choose the shipping option that best suits your needs and delivery time-frame.
While mistakes do happen, if your order is incorrectly made due to our error, we will provide a return shipping label for you to return the product back to us for correction. We will not accept merchandise back after it has been worn and will not be responsible for the upkeep of your product after it has been received.
We absolutely will not accept products back that were ordered in the wrong size or color. Please keep in mind that every order on the site is a custom order and the bows cannot be resold to anyone else. Therefore, it is important that you be specific about the colors and sizes that you order. We provide a color chart for you on the site. Please only indicate colors that are listed on the chart. We will not accept requests to adjust the size of a bow after your order has been placed as different sizes have different prices.
Please be specific when ordering personalized product as all sales are final on monograms. If you have any questions regarding the size or color of products, please contact us prior to placing your order. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
Each order is shipped with delivery confirmation, therefore, we will not be responsible for packages once they are delivered to your address. If you live in an apartment, we strongly urge you to ship your package to an address that is secure or request shipping insurance.
