Refund Policy
Once you place your order, the ribbon is cut or ordered to accomodate your custom request. Therefore, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
We take pride in our work and want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their merchandise. If an order is incorrectly made, we will provide a return shipping label for you to return the product back to us for correction. We will not accept merchandise back after it has been worn and will not be responsible for the upkeep of your product after it has been received or worn.
We will not accept products back that were ordered in the wrong size or color. If you have any questions regarding the size or color of products, please contact us prior to placing your order.
MyBowStore.com offers products at very reasonable prices so that our customers can afford to give their little ladies beautiful hair bows. Therefore, we will not tolerate and reserve the right to refuse any services to customers who are unreasonable, impatient, harrassing or rude.
