Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship all orders within
14 BUSINESS DAYS.
(EXCLUDES WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS)
ORDERS CONTAINING MONOGRAM WILL TAKE AN ADDITIONAL 4 - 5 DAYS TO PROCESS DEPENDING ON THE ORDER SIZE
Orders of 25 or more hair bows to include cheer & wholesale hair bow orders may take approximately 4 weeks to process, but usually sooner. Please let us know when your order is needed to determine if we can have your order finished in time. Additional fees may apply for expedited orders. The method of shipping you choose does
not change the length of time it takes to actually process
your orders. Please read your order confirmation as it
clearly states what the current processing time is.
WE DO NOT ALLOW FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
Each order is shipped with delivery confirmation, therefore,
we will not be responsible for packages once USPS
or FedEx delivers your package to your address.
We will not be responsible for packages lost or stolen
once delivered and strongly urge you to request
shipping insurance for large orders.
We also cannot gaurantee an early shipment date unless you
purchase expediting. Any orders not expedited will be processed
at our normal processing time unless specified by us in writing.

MyBowStore.com offers products at very affordable prices so that our customers can afford to give their little ladies beautiful hair bows. Therefore, we will not tolerate and reserve the right to refuse any services to customers who are unreasonable, impatient, harrassing or rude.
